Customer service was fast on the phone, but I was informed that they don't cater to the home PC builder any more. I called looking for an 4 pin ATX to 8 pin EPS cable to adapt my new power supply to an older mother board, and was told that they couldn't/wouldn't be able to sell me a completed cable, molex adapters, nor even molex tools so I could do it myself.

This outift has been around a while, so I thought I would contact them to bid on a wiring job for my company. Boy am I sorry I did. From my first contact with them, I had the sneaky suspicion that they use the motto "the customer comes last". If the receptionist for the company doesn't have the cell phone number for one of their directors, that should be red flag #1. Furthermore, in this economy, companies really need to understand that customer service skills will be their saving grace. If there are hundreds of vendors out there and one has to deal with bad customer service, why deal with them at all?
