Repeated problems with this company. They take my son to school and at the beginning of the year, they were consistently late picking up and dropping off. Today the driver forgot to stop at my son's stop, so him and 3 of his friends were waiting 45 minutes for the bus! When my wife called, they told her that she should drive him to school! Unbelievable! The bus finally showed up, with no other kids on the bus, meaning he already dropped them off! What really gets me is that we pay for this bus out of our own pocket!
