They carry pretty much everything you need. Most of their stuff is fresh but I will always inspect everything very thoroughly before taking it to the register. Everything is a tad more expensive than the Chinese supermarkets but is packaged better. The best deals are spices (and whatever they have on sale that week).

Stay away from this store. They sold spoiled chicken they labeled over the older sticker. Purchased two packages of chicken breasts one was completely spoiled. The other was also spoiled and had a new label over the original date. Have emailed there corporate about it as well. Purchased chicken that said it was good till Jan 3 peeled back the sticker to see it was supposed to be sold by dec 26th.
