Great store with great selection. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Never overpriced. Always find what I need here from the common to the obscure (paint, paint accessories, hardware, tools, houseware, etc.). A true one stop shop.

Walked in. Several employees walked right by (quickly) without offering assistance. Gave them five minutes then left. Not your typical, neighborhood store experience. :(

Really helpful staff, especially Milton. Was able to find some obscure parts that I needed for some bathroom cabinets.

sure, great selection, BUT:
ordered cedar planks in-store in person, was given a timeframe to expect order delivery, went to store to pick it up, were told they do not have the material and will not be able to order it. No phone-call to warn, no apology.
