I would not take a New York rat to these bandits. Had an accident and had the car towed around 10 Saturday night. A few days later when State Farm wanted to arrange to appraise the car, they would not let them see until I signed a release. I did it immediately but it took them 8 days to let State Farm see it, saying they did not have any appointments on the 4 successive days State Farm called. Told me said State Farm never called. Finally they appraised it then Marco wanted to get me to let him repair it, Right. Fat chance. He did want to dismantle it, told over a rat's dead body would I let him touch it. Just let State Farm see it and get the hell outta there. Towing the car to the other shop was another nightmare. Now he wanted another fax with ID and another release. Actually he was holding the car hostage. When the collision shop came to tow it it took them 5 hours to get the car out of the lot. And did I mention they said they didn't have the $200 key that was given to the tow truck driver the night of the accident. They racked up enough storage charges, towing charge, and lost key replacement charge for a nice Christmas bonus. These guys are vultures, cruising the streets looking for wrecks and people to take advantage of. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Oh and did I mention you must talk to one specific of the three guys to get anything done, of which the one you need is never there. More delays mean more daily storage fees. Bad thing is I am not able to look these guys in the face as I am miles away, if I would have it would have been ugly for these guys. Looking into local ordinances and to see if there is a lawsuit to make em pay for the lost key.
