This company provided us a terrible service and the front desk lady is very rude. They installed a new sprinkler system for us in 2014, they ended up broke a pipe of our swimming pool and made one of our trees almost fell off. We called to tell them the tree problem next day, they were very unhappy. Then one week later after we had our swimming pool opened and found a huge water leak from a pipe that was cut open next to the sprinkler system. So we had to call them again. They denied everything. Finally, they came and fixed the tree and never fix the pool pipe. We had to have some body else to fix the problem. Recently, after we received a reminder card from them for winter closing service, I made an appointment via their website. A lady from CC Sprinkler called me not to serve us next day with a horrible attitude. She did not wait until I finished talking and handed off on me. When I called back and meant to inform them to take us off from their mailing list, she did even let me talk and handed off the phone again.
