As the former editor of Popular Mechanics magazine, I know a little bit about car repair. I've been bringing my cars to C&B for over 20 years and I can't recommend them highly enough. They give very honest service, and their mechanics are really experienced on a wide range of vehicles--from high-end luxury cars to everyday vehicles. Billy, the owner, is a great communicator who is always easy to reach and who gives clear, helpful answers to every question. (You might encounter a few jokes thrown in along the way.) No mechanical mumbo-jumbo here. And he's good about telling you what your options are when something needs to be fixed. Unlike a lot of shops (and dealers) C&B doesn't just rush to replace a bunch of expensive parts before they really understand what's wrong with the car. Billy and his team work hard to figure out the problem first and then come up with the best way to fix it.

C&B is small enough to offer really personal service but big enough to handle a lot of vehicles; that means they have experience on all sorts of cars and have probably seen whatever problem your car is having many times before. I've also bought a couple of used cars from C&B and been very happy with them.

Bill Nibur is honest and friendly. I've happily had my cars repaired and maintained at C&B for many years.
