TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
On 11/11/13, I purchased a "Universal Case For Android" {I still have the receipt}, the case was defective where the "metal piece is suppose to hold the case to your belt", thus I lost my "Cellphone in transit" this Friday evening, 1/10/14! Because of such "defective workmanship", thus as I mentioned the defective "clasp" that's should hold the case to my belt came loose, & the case fell off in transit! I truly believe the lost of said 'cellphone' makes "Bytech liable", & would appricate it if someone from "Bytech contacts me regarding this issue?
