- Terrible #109537

Unreliable and does not return phone calls. I called several times within the span of a week, messages were taken but no return call or follow up was made. Who runs a business like this? I could understand someone being busy but just don't leave people hanging and waiting for service. The sad part is we've used Buzco before so I didn't even want to call anyone else, but come on two weeks waiting for service is unacceptable.

My water heater began leaking on a Friday night. I was able to contact John (the Owner) first thing Saturday morning. John contacted the manufacturer of my water heater and was able to determine my warranty information. By 9:00 I had an idea of my options and by 2:00pm I had hot water again. John was very professional and spent extra time to explain other things I could do to help extend the life of my new heater. I would recommend him highly.
