Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable staff, but if you have Amazon Prime, you basically end up showrooming as Amazon usually has the products more than 20% cheaper. If you can snag a clearance deal on returned furniture it cant be beat, but that's up to random luck.

I have always had nothing but pleasant experiences at this store. The customer service is great. The staff on the floor is very knowledgeable on all of their products. They know even the tiniest details about each and every product. I don't go to BRU anymore because of this store. Also, buybuybaby has tons of coupons for 20% off any item or $5 off $15 purchase. It is such an incentive to go there. They also have a goody bag you can pick up after signing up with your baby registry full of useful, awesome stuff.
