I was there yesterday with my wife doing our baby shower registry. The woman who first met with us to explain everything was extremely helpful, professional and had a great attitude. Then we were picking out a stroller and car seat and we were shocked at how knowledgeable the girl who was helping us was. She was patient with the many questions we asked. She showed us many different types and made our decision much easier after showing us the advantages and disadvantages of each of them. Both the woman who help us pick out a glider chair and the guy who helped us with picking out a crib mattress were also excellent, knowledgeable, and had great attitudes. I highly recommend this store because they made my first baby shower registry and Saturday without watching playoff football a good experience.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a giftcard online and had to wait 20 mins for someone to pick up the phone. Unacceptable.

Registered here for our baby shower. They were nice and knowledgeable when we were shopping (depending on the day..like some others said: one person didn't know anything, and the next day another guy impressed me so much I though he had a bachelors in strollers), but pushed the most expensive products and many were very overpriced. That aside, our bad experience came with the returns from multiple items we received. They said they weren't on our registry until we showed it to them on our registry. This was a 10 minute back and forth argument with the "customer service" person. Our registry showed that 2 of those items were purchased from there. Then they wanted to take 20% off to return them because we didn't have the receipts. Honestly not what we need to deal with after work and making the drive back here. My friends went to babiesRus and said everything was amazing and they got 10% store credit from everything purchased to spend on the things they didn't get.

Just want to say thanks to the 4 different people that helped us with every question we threw at them. They were patient and knowledgeable. We bought a floor model Uppa Baby in great condition nearly 50% off.
