If I could give them a negative rating I would. Supposedly bought a total of 33,000 miles ( two transactions on the same day ) and it has been 3 days and still have not put any miles into the airline accounts I purchased them for. Called this morning and someone answered the phone and said "all representatives were busy and asked for my name and phone number so the next available one would call me back". Waited half hour and no call so I called them back again and still no one is available? Beware of using this website!!!!!!

Needed 200,000 Singapore Krisflyer miles to book a first class seat with Singapore, Ordered it from them and the miles where in my account the next day, Was really skeptical at first if they will deliver what they say.
