Got parts fast worst customer service/support I've ever dealt with. I will never buy from buster's again

I purchased some in stock items from busters ebay store, not having looked into their reputation witch i instantly regretted. The first part was supposed to show on April 23rd it is still not here as of April 30th. The other parts Im waiting on will also be late both of which were supposed to be 2 day shipping. Not only is this aggravating but now i need to reschedule my trip to the coast to work on the boat. And don't bother trying to contact them through ebay they will not respond. Save your money and go some where else.

I bought my boat at the NY boat show. Buster's always has one of the larger booths with all the models on display. I was going top get the 204 CC but when I compared the 212 CC there was no doubt. The 212 CC had room for 10 and a head compartment. Got Delivery in the spring rigged and ready and we love it! Thanks Buster's!

My Husband loves his old center console fishing boat but the motor was old and shot. A friend recommended Buster's to re power the boat. They were able to replace his motor with a late model used Mercury and now he's back on the water doing what he loves and is out of my hair and not hanging around the house anymore! Priceless!

When I had my boat in Gateway marina, these guys were the only authorized ones to work on any boats docked here. I had them do an outdrive service, was quoted $900 but when I went to pick up, they said they "ran into some problems". The total service came out $1600. I never authorized them to do this work, but I had family coming over to use the boat so I told them I was upset and andgry that no one informed of the extra charges. So I payed and went on my way.

A few weeks later, by carb decides it wants to die. So again I "had" to use these guys. I was quoted $600 for a new carb. A week later I get a call that it is ready. Then I noticed they already charged my credit card $1800. I said to myself. WTF. I called them immediately. They denied anything about a "new" carb being $600 and that $1800 was the correct price. Then I look at my carb and notice it is not new. It was probably a rebuilt/remanufactured carb.

I called my CC to dispute the charges. But they told me that I had signed an service agreement with them. ???? apparently when I first brought my boat in. They had my sign a paper that allowed them to charge my CC,. WHAT BS.

As i got to know my neighbors at the dock. They all had problems with Buster's. They all said they had similar incidents. They all suggest you take your boat elsewhere. I cannot believe these guys are still in business. The "good" reviews are probably fabricated from themselves as I do not know one person who has actually had a good experience from these guys.
