Bushwick Laundromat

0 stars if I could. The ATM machine is constantly broken, they do not take cards to refill your laundry card, and that functionality has been broken for at *least* a year and a half. Some staff are nice, but most staff are rude. All products are severely overpriced ($15+ for a bottle of detergent if you forget yours), the machines lock and do not open if you happen to shut them accidentally, and the staff WILL NOT refund your money if this happens.

My friend shut one of the 5 dollar large machines accidentally with no clothes in it, and the woman there would not open it up or stop it (what a waste of water!!), and told her she had to pay again if she wanted to use a different one.

On top of this, the facility is disgustingly dirty. I honestly hope it goes out of business.

1 use of 20lb sized machine+ 24 min dry+ 1 piece of tide pod cost 3.5$ in total. Convenient for tourists

Good people ruining the place. Very polite, and attentive to your needs, even though limited by their language.

This Laundromat is awesome. I went on. Saturday morning/afternoon. The staff was nice, the area is mostly clean. And the machines are great. They got all the soap out of my clothes. Love it. Good music playing and the atmosphere is relaxed. They have pleanty vending, and games.
