- Very Good #35981

I worked there temporary for a few weeks when it first opened up and the food was amazing. I recommend you try their vegan burger made with quinoa. Out of this world. I don't know how it is now, I might have to check it out again.

- Terrible #35980

I think management has given up. I used to really enjoy this place, and went regularly. Now they burn the fries, and never have ice in the drink machines. When I pay $3 for a soda, I expect ice. To top it off, over half of the drinks are usually empty. Definitely no longer worth anymore than $5 per person, but they charge double that amount. This past visit will be my last; go to Shake Shack

Good old fashion burgers with a twist. On the scale of 1 to 5 the quality of the burgers are around 4. Other than that the environment is way to loud and yeah staff is not that good.

- Poor #35982

Agree with other reviewers: this place has good burgers and even better hotdogs. Problem is they have a BIG problem with teenagers hanging out in the restaurant, not buying anything buy creating a loud obnoxious environment. When we complained, the teenagers told us to shutup. Incredibly, the very young manager told us there was "nothing she could do about them". Okay, let hooligans run the place, leading to your 2 star review.

Great burgers! Onion rings are to die for! Fried to crisp perfection! A must-try when visiting New York! Burgerfi definitely deserves more hype than it currently has..
