Messy and extremely crowded. Hardly any standing room.. Both the floors were jam packed. However, they serve the best coffee with cream in this area. I guess the employees at this outlet need some extra training on customer handing and people skills. This outlet being close to the 9/11 memorial, will always more footfall compared to other Burger Kings, therefore folks working here need better and more pro-customer orientation.

This is my first reword because I have had the Worst service ever and have to tell you. Waited 30 min in a small line and, and all of the workers were just walking around not knowing what to do. then after at further 15-20 minutes i got a chicken burger because they were out of meat. Use another Burger King or subway close to.

Worst service. One girl who seemed to be the manager had no idea what her inventory was. I ordered, waited for 15 minutes only to be told that they were out of stock of what I had ordered. She then proceeded to refund my money in cash which she left on the counter and stepped away.

You get served in this restaurant (meaning you don't have to order from a line and pick it up later). The service is horrible. The waitresses have a face of apathy and are very unfriendly. The restaurant itself is dirty and degenerate. Please go somewhere else. Bareburger in 155 William St for example.

Raul, was so accommodating -- thank you for your great service! The most memorable wines were the "City Cab" and a soon to be released (non-labeled) "Russane"? white wine. I love this place for a date night or business party since the venue provides a rustic and approachable space for people to feel "at home". We ordered the Braised Duck Tacos and Veal meatballs to start and for entrees the Cedar River prime beef and the Baked Black Cod with miatake mushrooms on top.
Paradise is real folks. The wine paired so well with each hearty dish. I think wine is what City Winery does best. I actually enjoyed the appetizers (quick bites) much more than the entrees (main acts). If you are looking for a new dining spot I say check out City Winery and order your favorite bottle of wine with a few appetizers. You will leave full and happy. Trust!
