I ordered something and wanted to add to my order, the guy at the window said he "can't do that" this is poor customer service, lazy person, the boss needs to hire people with better skills..

Food was cold this morning and I was shorted $10. $6.09 meal turned into a 16.09 meal and no one will answer the phone to give answers as to how to get my money back. Don't know what ever happen to customer service these days. Drive they takes forever and apparently a bunch of thrives working there. 11/1/15 around 9 am

The food was cold the soda was flat,,,,they screw up the f'n order every time and the drive thru is really slow.. just about lost my appetite... bring back Roy Rogers!!!

I'm just here right now. I really promise you, the drive thru is the worse ever. So far I have been waiting already for 15 min to be attended and nothing. Is finally is my time, and I believe the reason of the wait time is:
All the things ordered are really far from where the take out driven thru window is located. So don't waste your time, if you don't have at least 20 minutes.
