Manager must be high on something along with a horrible attitude. Did not understand a single word he said during the drive through. Better to take your order through one of the kids in there.
And if a burger is on the floor, why not throw it in the trash next to it instead of taking it back to the kitchen? Disgusting.
To the Manager, use eye drops. You're not helping the business with slurring your words along with your slow service. Nice Bill Cosby sweater by the way douche.

2 workers yelling at eachother over who will take the customers order, INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS. They were swearing and made the enviornment very uncomfortable. While 2 other staff members were laughing. Not the best place.

the service is horrible. we were waiting at drive through and nobody answered. so we went to the front window and the lady was giving us an attitude for not answering. we said it might have been broken. and she was really rude towards us. so we asked for the manager (his name is HUDSON). the manager was saying that she is not giving us an attitude NOW(who says that) and told us if we were gonna take the food or not. OK. I have worked at a service industry and sometimes customers can be annoying but if she had a little sense she could have just said I'm sorry about the situation. the lady is another story but the manager is the one that should take responsibility.

Seriously? It's a fast food place. I don't ask for much, just get my bloody order right.
EDIT: Well that's it, I'm done with this place. If you're too dumb to take my orders correctly, then at least be able to apologize when you spill drink all over my lap when handing it over. Stupid and douche, you're going places kid.

Poor food and service. The managers tell the employees to upgrade your meal if you don't specify a size, which is deceptive because your meal will not match the price on the menu board.
