I love the food here. But the delivery service is absolutely terrible. It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes for them to deliver your food.
I would like to make a suggestion that the delivery service should improve.

It is the most horrible fast food restaurant I have ever received deliver from. It takes them 2 Hours to make and deliver your food. The drivers are rude and they should be shut down. Horrible service, if I could give it zero stars I could.

Horrible service. Food is always cold. They deliver but take 2 hrs!!!! Won't buy from again.

Today at 11:20 this morning I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes, no one to take my order. So I had to park my car and go in to see no one at the front counter. I had to ask "does anyone work here" there was another customer asking the same thing. The girl working the drive thru was busy talking to a friend. Others on there cell phone. After giving my order I had to ask for them to take off the hold area and give it to me. Funny thing, the girl working the drive thru bagged it and started walking to the window. I told her it was too late for that. Popeye's is next store, I'll try the chicken next time.

The food is good and every time when I go in they offer a good service.
