This burger king is horrible. I have finally had enough. The amount of mistakes they have made in my orders and my friends' orders is unrealistic. Accidentally deleting my order, cheeseburgers without cheese, bacon cheeseburgers without bacon, giving me small fries when i ordered large and they refused to correct it even after i showed them my receipt. Then finally this week I asked about a special promotional deal that they started (read it online), and the lady at the register wasn't sure so she lied to me and told me that all of the deals start later in the week (I confirmed with a manager that it indeed has started). The incompetence is unbelievable. You just lost a customer.

we went to this nightmare today for breakfast, no one was online, the indian woman which I believe was the manager started taking our order and she stopped and took a drive thru order then another, another and another so we ended up walking out and at this point, they can move corporate to Canada as we will never go back to burger king, how is drive thru customers more important then one in your store, they are pathetic and a joke
