Buon Appetito

Super speedy delivery and EXCELLENT food! Very fresh and exactly as I ordered it!

I came here looking for an Italian sub and decided to try the Capicola, Prosciutto, Sopressata and Sharp Provolone sub. All in all, it was a solid sandwich. My fiancee and I split a medium sub for $8.50 which was more than enough food for the both of us. The provolone was fantastic as it came in large chunks that provided a nice relief from the all of the meat. The service here wasn't anything to write home about but it wasn't horrible either. We dined in and sat down after placing our order and the sub was brought to us about 10 minutes later.

My only compliant is that the sub had a bit too much bread to meat ratio, I'd ask them to scoop it out next time. Other than that, flavor and size was fantastic.

I typically use this place to get Atomic Wings as its the only spot within walking distance to get some serious wing sauce. Its grungy and small but the price is reasonable for the amount of food I get. If you're looking for hot wings with some serious kick then check it out

Best chicken soup ever. Homemade and perfect. Will definitely order from them again! Very fast delivery. Pasta dishes perfect al dente and presentation was exceptional.

The owner is RUDE!!! Tonight, I placed an order and gave them my card number. I received a text and email from my card carrier confirming that Buon Appetito charged $13.75 on my card. Buon Appetito called me shortly after this and told me my card was declined. I told them that this was not true and I had proof that my card was charged. She put the owner on the phone with me and he was extremely rude and insisted that my card was not charged. I asked him if I could call my card carrier and had a 3-way conversation so that it could be resolved. He said yes. I called my card company and they confirmed what I said was true - Buon Appetito charged my card. I called the pizza place on a conference with my carrier. After waiting on hold for 3 minutes (which is actually a short wait time for them), the owner came on the phone yelling at me saying that he will not talk to my bank, he didn't charge my card and its my problem. He kept screaming at me and then hung up. I called them back and he refused to take my call. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place ordering for party's and get togethers and was treated at if I was a liar. I know the names of the girls who answer the phones and often have friendly conversations with them. I am not a stranger who has never ordered from them before. If the owner talked to my bank, he could have gotten a transaction number and resolved the situation. However, this was not the case. I will eventually get my money back through the bank but beware of this business. They are thieves who do not care about their customers. I will NEVER order from this place again.
