BMP came through for us in a big way. We needed a cargo surveyor ASAP to verify some water damage on one of our containers for the shipper's insurance company. Zach was on-site within 2 hours of our call. Great service and a very thorough inspection. We had the report in our inbox the next morning.

Great customer service! One of my company's containers showed signs of water damages so we gave them a call. Got a call back right away and had a survey scheduled for the next day. The quote seemed competitive and we were in a rush to get this all wrapped up so it was a no brainer. Zach did a salt water test (it came up positive), took tons of pictures, and sent us the report the next day. We already submitted it to the insurance company and are expecting the claim to be honored any day now. Will definitely call again if we have any future issues with cargo coming into NY and NJ ports.

We called Zach after our 40' shipping container was damaged in transport from overseas. We needed an accurate and thorough cargo survey report of the damage to make our claim, and that is just what we got. Will definitely use again if needed.

We had a container arrive from overseas with cargo that appeared to be in good physical condition, but was emitting a very strong chemical smell. Fearing that we would not be able to sell the merchandise we called BMP to get a 3rd party survey completed so we could provide proof of something being wrong. The seller honored BMP's survey as verification of what we were claiming and accepted a return of the unsalable goods. We will definitely call BMP again if we have any issues with future containers and need to provide proof to the seller/shipper that something is damaged or just not right.

BMP was very helpful and prompt when I approached them seeking a sailboat appraisal survey for an estate settlement. The boat, a 1987 Hunter 37.5 Dragonfly, was docked at the 79th Street Boat Basin in New York City, which was no problem for them as they are located just across the river in New Jersey. The in person survey was scheduled for just a few days after I called, and the report was delivered just a few days after that. Very prompt service. Nice surveyor. And provided exactly what we needed in the report.
