Ever since joining the Bujinkan New York dojo, I have been able to focus better and cope with the everyday stress that comes with working crazy hours, midnight-8AM. I've also learned valuable lessons in self defense and in everyday situational awareness as well as proper body dynamics which help in living a better and healthier lifestyle.

The hidden gem of martial arts instruction in lower Westchester. Great school, excellent instructor, and lots of fun lessons.

Started training here a few years ago and really like the instructors and students. We learn unarmed, sword and other weapons lessons.
