After trying out lots of coffee places i decided to stop here for some lunch. The food was good and my mocha was nice but the friendly service and atmosphere and music (that i know) did it for me. After being in New York for 2 months its nice to find a warm welcoming place.

I was looking for a latte and bite to eat, happened upon the Building on Bond so I stopped in.
The interior is a vintage throwback with a nice warm atmosphere.
From a latte perspective, I was a bit disappointed. The latte was more like a sad cappuccino who lost it's way. If I were in the area again, I would probably go with drip coffee.
My bagel was not bad, toasted nicely with a decent spread of cream cheese.
The staff was friendly and prompt with taking my order.

Fine coffee bar, and decent liquor bar as well. Not too many tables, but takeout was fine. Not always open as late as advertised, so beware. Good idea to call if you're thinking of getting a bite after 11.

Outdoor seating always seems to be available and the vehicle traffic does not disrupt the experience. Wait staff is friendly and they are dog friendly as well.
Brunch menu is solid and not cost prohibitive. Most dishes are between $8 - $15. Specialty cocktail are great, my favorite for the summer is "stone & flowers". It's a lightly sweetened, gin drink that is wonderful. Highly recommended to anyone looking for weekend brunch.
