- Excellent #201789

Sam Pruyn did a great job on getting me a CO (Certificate of Occupancy) after our garage was damaged by a tornado. The architect failed to get the CO despite having been paid for it. After 3 years without a CO and a lot of inspections from the DOB, plus threatening letters to the architect, Sam was able to get the CO and get everything signed off. The price was very reasonable. Thank you.
