Customer service sucks... We ordered food as soon as we sat down and food got delivered for more than half an hour...... Sucks.

Mixed drinks had absolutely no alcohol, I complained about it and had to BUY the extra alcohol for my drink. I also had to buy the sauce on my "unlimited" wings. Can't take any wings home for the unlimited wings.

Service sucks tables dirts charge for extra sauce for food and waited a long time before someone sat us and what worse 10 people looked at us and still did nothing

Clearly it's a bunch of armatures running the show there with no leadership. Their customer service sucks. It took me 7-8 phone calls just to get a simply answer to "Do you have any drink specials?". I spoke to five different person, got put on hold and transferred every time. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she couldn't even answer that question and transferred me back to the bar. So annoyed, too bad they just lost business with my buddies choosing go to another establishment instead!

This place is a joke. Took 50 minutes for 2 burgers and an order of wings. They couldnt get the checks right, and when I asked for the status of our order 3 times it was "Just another minute and it should be out" over the span of 25 minutes..

Food sucked too.
