I love the traditional chicken wings there but the service is not so good. I had to wait 10 minutes to get my drink refilled and that's horrible when u eat hot wings!

My bartender was rude. Forgot my order and water. Had us waiting almost 40 min for a to-go order which ended up some other part of the resturant.

Vomit in the sink in the men's room. Tooth floss pick and general trash on the carpet in the dining room, the foods taking too long. No one is checking on us and everyone just kind of avoids us. The tables not properly bussed it's disgusting here, the food better be good and safe.

I been going there for years since it opened. Service has always been bad especially dealing with the hostess. Hostesses do not know how to do their job. I complained to the manager who did nothing. They also have security guards walking around which makes me feel uneasy. I recommend going to the BWW in Portchester. This one is just a little ghetto

Went there to eat before I saw a movie. Poor experience. Server sat down while taking our order and did not inquire what temperature I wanted my steak burger(rare, well done etc). He did not bring straws with our drinks and we got utensils and napkins about 5 mins after our food came. Took 10 mins to bring bbq sauce when we requested it. Only time he was on point was when I paid the bill and he was on hand to receive the money as well as ask if I needed change(conveniently).
Only reason why I did not give 1 star is that the burgers tasted good.
