After going to Buffalo Wild Wings many times in Staten Island, I figured to try to come to this one for a change. Read a lot of bad reviews before I came but still tried it out. Everything was good can't complain besides the appetizer coming out with the meal. Katherine was my server who was very helpful and nice to us, making sure the whole time if we needed anything, definitely recommend her as server.

It's a nice establishment to goto but the waitstaff there is horrible. Only a handful are great cause they want to make customers happy and come back for more. The rest are absolutely garbage. So sad cause it has only been open for just a little while.

I mean where do I start. The food was good but the service was terrible. They need entirely new servers because they are ghetto, and you could tell they have nothing going for themselves. They took about 30 minutes to serve us and they gave us the wrong orders. Also one of the fat sloppy waitress/ hostess (or w.e she thought she was) with the ratchet eyelashes need to be retrain she is so classless, unprofessional, and unetiquette

We ordered 3 buffalo chicken sandwiches with no ranch sauce and 3 orders of wings through tame out because we needed I.Ds to eat lmao... so we waited 40 mins and got home checked order they gave us 3 cheeseburgers or pork and I'm Muslim smh and only 2 orders of wings DO NOT GO THERE

I love this place come almost every sunday good enviroment wait is not long service is gd proplr good food is cool
