Buffalo Wild Wings

Just found out will only cook your burger medium well. Guess no dinner for me. Too bad i already order my app and my gf her dinner. Gonna fo ish my appitizers and never goin back. Really let down.

The food is good and the person who attended our table was nice. We didn't have to wait too long for the wings. However, the service seems to be inconsistent since there are many other people disappointed. I hope the service gets better, we needed a place like that in this area.

Worst. Customer. Service. If you do go there, let it be your last resort like starving to death. Otherwise check else where. I think i will stick to the one in long island.

worse place ever!! the food is bad, the staff is rude.. I came in and I was waiting for the lady to finish talk so I could ask for a table. she knew I was standing in front of her but yet decided to talk to whoever was behind me like I wasn't there. when I call an employee to ask a question about the menu, she cut me off saying that she was not my waiter and because of that she couldn't help. and after all the my order was wrong... so before you get nasty and make people feel stupid remember that the only reason why you have a job is for people like me that goes there to get your service .. I will never go back to this place again and if someone ask me about you I'll make sure to let them know how awful this place is and that they can get better winds and better treatment from the staff un a local bar

If I could leave no stars I would. Called in an order to go and was told 30 to 35 minutes. Showed up and waited in line to let them know I was there to pick up. Order was not ready yet and I was told it would be a few minutes I don't think the ticket was ever put in, fast forward 20 minutes and nothing. I ask the girl again about my order and she looks at me with her tongue hanging out of her mouth and walks away, never to be seen again. A lot of people standing around waiting for orders they paid for, lucky for me I didn't pay so I walked out. Very surprised such a successful corporate food chain would allow such a poor stock of employees. I will try back in several months after a full cycle of new employees.
