The food is great. 5 star to the chefs. My favorite is the turkey wings, you don't get it in any jamaican restaurant. I love the jerk wings, flavoring and spicy. They got the best mac n cheese compare to other restaurants. The oxtail is not sweet but delicious and tender. The soups are amazing especially the cow foot and fish soup. I can keep going. Bottom line, I've tried many different restaurants and this place the food is great.

I've been a loyal customer to this restaurant for about 2 years because the food is usually good. Even when they are super late with delivery and not the best attitude when being served when I am in the restaurant. Of lately the portions have been getting smaller, the oxtail watery, soaky roti and the attitude of the employees is getting to its worst. I actually ordered in the other day and it took over an hour and half, then to open the food and it is the wrong dish ( goat instead of chicken). We call back and they say the guy will be right back with the right order, and hour and half later. I live 10 minutes away.

Not to forget the time before I called and they left me on hold for 15 mins while I hear all their conversations. I hang up and call back but the line is still busy for an hour, why? Because they left the phone off the hook.

I would stay away from this place moving forward, until the manager or owner does a better job with the customer service. The last few times the women at the counter have been arguing with one another and have the "stank" attitude. Stay away , not worth headache anymore.

Normally I rave about Buff Patty I love their food when I'm picking it up. The delivery guy is awesome but he is the only delivery guy. For instance order at 11:30 get your food at 1pm. Also the young lady that answers the phone NEVER GETS THE ORDER RIGHT. Something is ALWAYS MISSING. Then when you call back she doesn't even accept accountability she blames it on maybe it is the way it was written....HELLO YOU WROTE IT DOWN. I still love the food!!!
