Terrible. I am waiting for my son glasses for a month. They let me waiting on the phone for 8 minutes. In other instance told me hold on and then hand up the phone. They lie to me that the insurance company I have take too long. When I called the insurance they called them and guess what Buena Vista Vision was lying. They didn't even send the frame to the laboratory after a month. The worse service and the worse customer services. When I asked them that I want to speak with a supervisor or manager this lady name Mercedes told they don't have supervisor or manager.

I'm waiting 3 weeks for my daughters glasses and whenever i call to inquire i get attitude and told lies . My husband called few minutes ago and was told "What do you want now" Horrible service

Good customer service, ordered contacts and they ordered me extra, free of charge for taking a little longer than planned.

They could really be a successful business if they put more hearth and thought into what they do. Not highly recommendable.
