I was not satisfied at all. I booked my reservation online and was quoted a decent price but when I went to pick up the car the charges increased by 50 dollars. Then on top of that the car was filthy, had chocolate on the seats, garbage on the floor and to top it off the windshield had a huge crack in it which is very unsafe. I really felt like it was a waste of money because I barely drove the car because of its condition. I should of returned it the same day, which I was advised by my friends/family of the NYPD..but whatever it was a lesson learned and I don't think I will ever rent from them again.
