Let's just start by saying I will write as many complaints on all sites that I can about budget.. I am ripped.. their customer service and everything about them is horrible.. and it's not just limited to this location so I don't want the next paying customer to experience this same issue anywhere.
I called, reserved and got here with no truck available.. they ask for a contact # at the time of reservation but they don't call u if they have an issue getting the trucks.. so why bother asking for my #? Maybe so they can sell my contact info?
It's the weekend and I'm suppose be moved out by the end of the month.. so this is the last weekend I can move.. I took two days off and hired movers.. what happens now?.. let me tell u what happens next.. they tell me; they found another location with my truck and all I have to do is go there the next day.. since my experience been bad thus far what u thinks happens?.. yeap u guessed it.. I get there the next day and there is no truck for me... only a busted up wreck that for some reason shows up on their system as usable..
So u must be wondering y I'm still dealing with budget?.. don't forget it's the weekend and summer.. the height of the moving season.. I don't have a choice.. nothing is available on the spot.. so now that two days have passed and I'm out of the weekend.. I found a penske that had my truck ready for me.. and I had no issues.. and the staff was great
Needless to say I don't get anything for it from budget.. so instead of being out of $170 for using their truck.. I am now out of a few thousand dollars that is now compounded for the movers and my days off.. cause I will still need to rent a truck and still need to hire movers and still need to take days off..
I want this to be known.. I am really pissed.. and I Do not want to see this happen to anyone else.. I WANT TO SEE BUDGET SHUT DOWN!! they don't deserve paying customers.. they need to work on their customer service.. they need to be held accountable for the stress and cost of this experience.. and IF THEY WON'T GIVE ME ACCOUNTABILITY, I WILL TAKE IT FROM THEM... I will make sure they lose not only my business but the business of countless future business from hard working individuals who are stressed enough from moving without this...
DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET.. U WERE WARNED!!!
