Reserved a car to pick up my son from camp this morning. Booked over a week ahead and got confirmation email. When I arrived they said without apology or evidence of any customer service training at all that no cars available, no idea when cars would be available. Their failure to operate a business properly means I have no way to get my son from camp. After waiting 90 minutes, I'm calling friends to see if I can borrow car for day, last minute, on a summer weekend. This location should have its franchise pulled. I rent lots of cars, I know how they all play the game with overbooking. It's completely unethical to not reach out to renters in advance to let them know they're overbooked so they can make other plans ahead of time. Meanwhile, they're still offering new reservations for today on travel sites.

Avoid renting from this place, never ever forever. Reception is a fat mean b****, and the service is so terrible that you want to head straight back home. If you already planned your trip, switch to another location now! Budget might be a good company, but this location and its employees is such a joke. Don't ruin your day, don't try this location.

The worst customer service ever! The employees are extremely rude and don't want to help you with anything. It's like I'm inconveniencing them by renting a car. I will NEVER rent from here again

I'd rather give them no stars, but it's not possible with this application. Booked a car for time, and they made us wait almost 2 hours. Couldn't accept the credit card, which have never been a problem by other car rentals. The service is poor, employees are rude and have no idea about anything. This place is ridiculous ...

Took a car on 3rd July for the long weekend. Got the car 90 mins late.. I let go of that as it was the long weekend and I expected that to happen. Took roadside assistance and the car broke in 30/miles. Called customer care they asked me to pull over to a parking lot. Waited for 3hrs and then got a 5 seated for a 7. We were 6 so I told them I couldn't use that. Next they asked me to drive to airport and advised Avis will have a car ready for me.. So drove the car for 39 miles to hear that I had a budjet contract which I had told the customer care earlier. Now had 4people stranded in a gas station and I and my wife in the airport.. We made a visit to bujet in the airport and they have a 9seater which was extremely intimidating.. I called off the trip and lost 400$ on hotel reservation.
