Budget Car Rental

After many stressing phone calls (and awful service), we eagerly landed in NJ the night before they refused to honor a 2 month-old reservation saying "they were sold-out/out of cars" outright defeating the purpose of a reservation. I was also screamed at by a clerk lady who finally watched as my tourist family walked out the door without means of transportation.

Rent a truck there Good price. Need to improve customer service

Wish I had read the other reviews before renting from here... All I can do is reaffirm that this is the worst car rental company. Rude, deceitful, malicious, and callous. I will never, ever rent from them again.

Not happy at all with the customer service. The woman & man there weren't friendly; pretty much rude. I might give Budget in general another try if they were the best price, but definitely not at this location.

This is by far the worst truck rental company ever. My fiancee useed their serivce exactly one year ago for the purposes of moving. The truck was returned in the same condition yet two weeks later they called her to say she had damaged it and wanted money. All they saw was a young girl that they could take advantage of, sadly enough she called corporate as well as myself who said it would be resolved. Needless to say she just found out that collectors have been trying to retrieve the supposed money for a year and it will be hitting her credit. I've never in my life seen such a disgusting display of a company trying to take advantage of a young female. I'll be filing a claim with the better business bureau as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!
