Budget Car Rental

The best price I manged to find close to New York City, decent selection of cars, didn't harass me about upgrading, only asked once "are you sure you will fit in the smallest car" that's it! Didn't apply or tried to sell a lot of other insurances. Within walking distance from the Subway. Could be a bit crowded in the office though, small office, seemingly popular rental company. Quick check of the car when we got back.

Horrible staff. Very arrogant. Worst budget rental location. Especially unprofessional staff (maria). Never returning back to budget. EVER!

the worst possible. have a reservation and they have 10 people waiting on a holiday weekendand they have no cars. waiting for people to bring back 10 cars is a joke. it's not right. a riot will happen here soon as everyone's day and vacation are ruined

Horrible rental facility with grumpy staff. The rental facility doesn't allow car returns after 6PM. The whole place looks like a garbage heap.

I would rate those guys below one star if any...
Unhelpful, very rude unprofessional Manager & staff that argue with you. Rent a car with full tank, drove to Philadelphia & returned it back to them full up to the neck of the filling cap.In addition the fuel gauge needle is beyond full mark and they still insist to show gas station receipt!!!!???otherwise they charge you twice for no logic reason...This level of service & behavior is unacceptable.
I'll stick with Dollar in Newport mall, never had such issue with them & they're very flexible especially the manager, just drop the key and go..Thump up for Dollar...By the way I'm just a visitor to the states & have trip log in my Garmin which shows my whole trip with time plus coordinate stamped & where I stopped to refill the tank..
