Budget Airport Parking JFK

Used to be U-Save parking. we used it several times with no issues. The name changed recently and the service level dropped off. Upon arrival, the van pulled out as we were pulling our luggage out of the trunk. he had definitely seen us and was not in the van as we arrived. we had to wait 20 minutes. we returned after a long overseas flight and they wanted me to pay cash. suggested I use the ATM that was 'conveniently' there. they said their credit card machine wasn't working but when i resisted this, it magically started working. Not the only issues but there was a pattern. we will try somewhere else next time.

On February 13, 2016 I had a 5AM reservation. Leaving our home at 4:00 we arrived at Budget at 5AM. Our plane boarded at 5:50AM. Upon arrival on North Conduit, we noticed that the area to enter was blocked by a car so we drove around the fork and looked for another entrance closer to the trailer office. Arriving there is too was blocked. Leaving my wife in the car I proceeded to enter the trailer and look for anyone available. No one was there. repeatedly saying hello and even looking over the counter to see perhaps someone was dead or bound and gagged, I then called the number. Phone rang as the phone in the trailer rang. Answering machine answered bit there was no one available. After looking in cars and for a note saying "Be back in 5", nothing. I then had to go to 5 different parking locations to find availability to park my car. We arrived at the gate as they were closing the plane doors. I want to know who is responsible for this and what they plan to do to make this right. This will be posted on any and all social media as well.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Worst experience we've ever had. We called for over a half hour and no one answered the phone. When someone finally answered the phone (after we had to take a cab and were half way there) they called us a liar when we said we've been calling for over a half hour and were extremely rude and would not give me their name. All they would say was they they were the driver.

We got there and it smelled like they were smoking marijuana all night. DO NOT PARK HERE. The driver and workers were obviously very high and should not have been driving our cars or picking us up from the airport. We have reported them to the BBB. Pay the extra $5 and go park somewhere else.

Not sure how they are still in business but they won't be for long.

I left my car here for one day and when I got back I Called to get picked up from the terminal and the guy on the phone was beyond rude saying "he's busy call back later." Lol...
I was in shock! I ended up waiting about an hour for the driver to show up. I was lied to several times during the hour. They have extremely rude personnel working here which make it not worth the money. There are better places around.

you have no idea how big of a scam this company is. they changed their name from Usave to Budget due to all the negative reviews about them. they did $10,000 worth of damage to my car and so far have barely responded to me. refuse to speak over the phone. when i called them and was put on hold, i heard another customer complaining his car was ransacked while in their posession and his credit card used for $5,000. buyer beware, spend the extra $2 a day and go to a reputable lot. big scam!
