If i could i would give this place ZERO stars. Where do I even begin?? Went there with my boyfriend on a Sunday and there was no manager on the floor and no owner, I called 6 times in 2 weeks and he is never there so I am left to leave my comments here. I have managed a restaurant and this was the worst experience ever. NEVER GOING BACK!

1. Took forever to get drinks (it was not busy) had to wait over 20 minutes for each drink to come out.

2. My steak was made wrong 3 times in a row. I asked for med rare and it came out well done. The server said she put it in the computer wrong so it kept coming out wrong. Why not tell the kitchen how i really wanted it cooked? the 4th time it came out it was STILL wrong, so i ate the mashed potatoes and left it alone.

3. While i waited 45 minutes for my meal with nothing in front of me, my boyfriend ate his dinner and then i had to use the SAME SET OF UTENSILS to eat, since they never brought over the second pair of utensils ( that i asked for)

4. Waited ANOTHER 25 minutes to see flag down ANYONE down to ask for the bill.

5. We went up front to pay since we didn't want to wait anymore, the server chased us out, and yelled at us after I said i did not want to pay for a dinner i did not eat (crazy right??) The waitress yelled at us to pay and said she could not take it off, and that there was no manager available. So we paid and left

BEST PART OF ALL SUNDAY IS BUY ONE DINNER GET ONE FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the food, cocktails, and music!

I went here for a nice romantic dinner with my husband for our anniversary. We weren't in the least disappointed. I've been to many an Asian restaurant here, and this is the best of the bunch. The sushi was very fresh, and prepared with much care and had excellent flavor. The dinner entrees did not disappoint either. Staff were very friendly and professional the night we visited. While service was a tad slow, dinner did not arrive cold at all. Presentation was excellent, rivaling high end restaurants in Manhattan. Very impressive for Staten Island. I recommend this to all my friends.

We gave this place 2 chances and both times it was jazzed up rolls and appetizers with high prices and terribler customer service.
The first time we went in they told us that there was a dress code, as we turned to leave they allowed us to stay, i guess they couldn't bear to turn away $200. Yes dinner for two with 2 drinks each on staten island was almost $200. We could have gone to NOBU. The food was a 5 on a level of 1-10. Our friends wanted to stay local for a birthday party, so we made a reservation for 10 people, 1 month in advance. We arrive and they try to take us up to a third floor private room that has black tablecloths and red walls. The look is terrible, but the kitchen is right there and it smells like a chinese restaurant. And you can hear the banging of pots and pans etc..We asked to sit downstairs and were told there is no room. I went downstairs to check and there was a table for 8 and a table of two getting up. As Im standing there an employee put a reserved sign on the table of eight with a snicker. We got our group together and went to another Restaurant. The manager of Bddha Lounge was rude, the hostess tried to help but the man with the ring on his necklace aka the manager was just rude. We spent $1400 at another Island restaurant. Poor Poor Service and these guys own multiple establishments on Staten Island. I guess thats what happens when people get to big to focus on customer service!

Quite possibly the worst dining experience ever. Rude staff, bad sushi, tiny portions. I could go on and on!!!!!But I won't- needless to say they rushed us out the door in less then an hour. This was supposed to be a nice dining experience.
