I always come here for an interior/exterior wash, it's consistent and priced really well. Always a good experience.

This people messed up my car after a compound and they came up with an stupid escuse that i had dents before. Worst place to take your car.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. First off, they don't stick to their hours. They open late and close early from their set advertised business hours quite often. The cleaning is subpar to say the least, and they always seem to miss spots on the inside and never dry the car down completely leaving swirl marks all over the car after it was just washed. I went there today to pay, however, I was not able to pay because this establishment has people working there that are not capable and not trained to accept a payment. I was told by the worker that the owner once again was not in, and that I had to come back later today when he gets in to pay. Keep in mind, this is the 3rd time they said this to me this week. Well, oddly enough, it turns out the owner was in, and when I confronted her, she said to me even after I explained to her that I was there on 3 previous occasions trying to pay, that she could not take my payment because she was too busy. She said I had to come back later when her husband Eric was in. Imagine that, too busy to take money from a customer. R U kidding me, and having been inconvenienced several times meant nothing at all to the owner. This is clearly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will never go back.

The equipment is not bad but the service is terrible and professionalism is lacking completely. Eric, the owner, uses very unethical business practices. I purchased the complete monthly package, and at the end of my first month, Eric told me that he would bump up my membership by $20 because according to him I used the UNLIMITED Car Wash package too much. Talk about false advertisement. Additionally, they will close up to 22 hours early and usually open 3 hours late. The only reason I thought about this car wash was because it was close to my residence but I highly recommend anyone else thinking about it to look for another place. There are plenty of others that offer better service for less.

Once upon a time this was actually a very good car wash. Just took my car in for a full service wash and left extremely disappointed. They used a smelly old rag to clean interior which left the aroma of mold lingering in my car. They pretty much banged me over the head for $20 for a full service wash, then had the audacity to charge extra for wheel finish. I mean, seriously? What does full service even mean to these people? I received a mediocre job, which I had to finish off myself at home. I give them two stars only because I know it's managements fault, not employees. Terrible -- not recommended.
