Lot of tea options the place isn't very good looking. Get your tea and find a bench outside for great NYC view from Boardwalk

I used to go there every chance I get and buy Nutella waffles with a side of gelato! It was delicious. And a decent price. I just went there recently and now they serve half size waffles and made it even more expensive!!! So I returned it all. And whoever had the idea of doing this need to reconsider because they just lost a lot of customers!!!!! Seriously it's pathetic! not only did they raise the price but made it smaller! Lost a few loyal customers.

Pretty good food. Kind of over priced though especially considering the portions. Got a large bubble tea + wrap and fries. 15 bucks. ;-; go as a treat sometimes.

The only thing this place has going for it is it's location and vibe. The location, which overlooks lower manhattan, is gorgeous and the store itself has a nice vibe to it, modern/hipsterish. But that's pretty much it. Their teas are overly sweet and taste like liqufied fruity pebbles. This place has nothing besides good service, vibe, and location going for it.
