Bryan's Auto

Bryan and his team are the most upstanding people in the area. He stands behind his vehicles and his work 110%. I bought a vehicle from him last year, and had some trouble with it, all was covered under warranty... and then he didn't charge me for the inspection on my other vehicle because of the inconvenience. He really cares about his customers... not just the money and profits.

I have been a customer of Bryan's since at least 1998. He has always been more than fair in his dealings with me, and now my husband. For the first few years I was going to him (probably 2 or 3 years), he would let me get my own parts so I could save money, then he would put them in my car and just charge me the labor. There was a time when I needed the ac on my old cugar redone and he quoted me a price of $200, but the repairs were much above that yet he stuck to the first price he quoted me. Who does that???

He helped me keep vehicles on the road and I have NEVER had the experience of being bilked by getting one thing repaired, then weeks later another item needs repair (unlike my old mechanic in Brooklyn when I lived there). If I've ever had an issue with something, Bryan's has ALWAYS made good for me and my husband.

As for me and my house, we will go to Bryan's.

After a car accident, a colleague of mine recommended I take my car to Bryan for repairs. Best thing that happened that day. Bryan was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the insurance process and handled the adjustor for me. He also had a rental car waiting for me, which was pretty amazing. The repairs took the time he quoted and the car looks great. I will definitely be returning to Bryan for my future car maintenance needs. Couldn't recommend more highly.

The work that's done is top shelf and the service advice is honest and straight forward. Bryan and his team go above and beyond to keep our cars safe and on the road, and he looks after your car as if it was his own. Bryan's Auto takes pride in what they do and their workmanship is top notch. After Sandy, Bryan not only suffered personal damage to his home, but to his business as well. Juggling both rebuilding his home and business, Bryan still managed to put his customers first. Even if it was Free - I would never go anywhere else! Thanks Bryan!!
