My husband and I just recently used the services of Bryan Christopher Lanzello Remodeling. We are extremely pleased and completely satisfied with every aspect of their workmanship and dedication. The company remodeled and designed our kitchen and den. The final results are flawless, amazing, and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen should be featured in a Home magazine. The work is perfect and all done in a meticulous manner. The owner, Bryan is completely reliable and followed through with all our requests and curiosities throughout the job. Bryan was always visible on the job site. He made certain everything we carefully discussed prior to the start of the job was followed through to meet our high expectations. Lanzello Roofing and Remodeling was subcontracted out in February and March 2011 to perform work here at the Anchorage Condominium, a waterfront community in Copiague. We are a condominium of over 230 one and two bedroom units with 4,000 feet of bulkhead, a swimming pool on the bay, 2 tennis courts and a clubhouse. We provide docking with water and electric for 165 boats along our waterfront.
Lanzello Remodeling removed 2 old layers of shingles, repaired any wood sheathing necessary, and perfectly installed over $300,000 dollars of GAF 50 Year Lifetime Architectural Shingles on 5 building roofs. The workmanship was impeccable. The setup, the ripoff, and the cleanup could not have been done any better. The roofs make the Tudor style buildings look great. Most importantly, other than paying them a very competitive price was that when Hurricane Irene hit, we experienced the true test. 3 of our buildings literally face the Great South Bay with nothing to break the wind. Not one shingle moved with sustained winds over 70 mph for 12 hours straight; the winds gusted to 90 mph at times, and this was actually recorded. There were no reports of leakage into anyone's condo and we sustained absolutely no damage. Bryan, your men did great!!
Lanzello Remodeling did an excellent job for the Anchorage Condominium. In about 8-10 years our last 2 roofs will be due for replacement. Bryan Lanzello will be contacted to replace those roofs. All the work that was done at the Anchorage Condominiums was done professionally, courteously, and in a timely manner.
