If an apt you are looking at is managed by Brusco, RUN!!!! I lived in a building on West 73rd st. They turned off the heat in January, I had a flood from the upstairs apt and the most they did was give me a can of Ajax. They treat their tenants with no respect. They will take any and all opportunities to extort fees and you will never get anything fixed. Things break OFTEN! The front door to my building never closed securely in the year that I lived in that building despite all of the complaints.
NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!
