My poor rating is strictly based on the lack of communication and unprofessionalism. After several voicemails, text messages, and emails... No reply. The first attempt to reach out to this artist was July, and I received one email (weeks later) from the assistant "Marie" stating " Thank you for your interest. Please bear with us and we will get back in touch with you as soon as possible regarding scheduling your brow appointment with Renee." We are now in August, and I have not heard back.
I understand and am respectful of the busy lives we all hold but come on. My time is important too! I will pursue a different artist for my brows and take my business else where :(
