I spoke to George over the phone and knew immediately that he knew what he's doing. He's a professional and cared about his customers. We scheduled for the next day and he arrived promptly. As he was placing the products in my house, he thoroughly explained to me what caused my roach infestation and how to prevent it. He explained how his products work and what to expect one the next couple of weeks. He also reassured me of my concerns about the products and the safety of my dog. The way he explained everything was so simple yet thorough and informative, signs of expertise. Im so glad I chose Brownstone Pest Control over another company (who showed up as one of the top results on Google), because all they cared about was the price, how I'm gonna pay for it and the appointment "because we have to give our guys the schedule before tomorrow."
