Brown eye care associates support staff is piss poor. You will ALWAYS be seen at least 2 1/2 hours after your scheduled appointment time. The reason is always unknown as you'll be sitting in a waiting room with maybe 1 other patient, wondering what's taking so long. I will never be back to this poorly managed office. Not to mention the same mediocre staff that can't do anything right is extremely rude as if the patient did something wrong to them. DISGUSTED! Avoid at all costs!

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. The waiting room is always packed with people waiting an hour or more.
