The dispatch has a bad attitude and the worst is that it was a women. What kind of service is this yelling at people over the phone, when I call for fare estimate when I need a car to take my wife to work.
PEOPLE DONT BOTHER IN CALLING THIS PLACE.

Worst Taxi Service.
1. NO CREDIT CARD MACHINE EQUIPPED ON THE CAR.
2. DISPATCH LIED ABOUT CAR AVAILABILITY.
3. FEE IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE YELLOW CAB.
I was guaranteed a less than 20 min wait time, but I ended up waiting 30 mins for the ride and missed my flight. The driver arbitrarily charged me $45 for the ride, but same ride with yellow cab only costed me $36 from previous experience.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST
