Quirky brand store with inventions and gimmicks and whatnot. However bad execution. I had bought 5 sets of retractable earphones which *consistnelty* broke due to bad quality control. Brought back the 4th, man shrugged - yes apathy to my loss is for real, I understand, but brookstone should look after its customers who were loyal. Off to Amazon and eBay I go.
