Bought Dr Dre Bits Headphones from Brookstone store. Opened it and changed my mind 15min later, as my circumstances has changed. Went back to return them and they refused to do so. Hiding behind little in printed text on the cheque saying 'DR Dre Bits - Personal Care Item: Not Returnable if Open and/or Used Y'.
1. Salesman never told me that it is not returnable and it is obvious that 95% of customers won't reed cheque/bill and all stuff printed on it. (Unless you are in doubt)
2. Personal Care Item? is it a pair of socks or pants? It is plastic and after it been worn once doubt it would make any difference.
3. Buying item for 200$ you expecting a little bit more of a 'Customer Service'
4. Manager admitted that it is their fault that sales man did not warned me that it is not returnable, once opened, however refused to accept Headphone.
5. Customer service were horrible. Salesman and manager were acting like I am an idiot and both were completely disrespectful. Manager refused to help and said that there is no one else I could talk to and said that there is nothing I could but only take the headphones.
Very unhappy and would recommend to anyone to think twice, before buying anything from this shop..
