These people are total criminals. Do not live in any of their units; they will go to Hell and back to keep your security deposit no matter what! Building has not been updated since the fifties at the earliest and the landlord is as incompetent as he is clueless. Once you sign the lease you will never hear from him again. No parking available, bug infested, holes in walls, broken appliances, exorbitant prices. Stay far far away from this place!!

He is a good guy at first instance....but beware...he will not respond to your problems the next day you move in to one of his properties.
It is very dissapointing that being of such a good character...this guy behaves in such a rude and indecent way to his tenants.
I am very disspointed by his unprofessionalism!
